Shipping Policy

SHIPPING:

 

Acceltec (ACCEL Pickleball LLC) ships merchandise to locations within the United States and Philippines (through our authorized distributors).
 

DAMAGED GOODS:

We guarantee items are quality inspected before they are shipped.  If you receive a damaged product due to shipment handling, please ensure to retain the original shipping carton with all packing materials, including the shipping label. Email pictures of the damaged item to: accelpickleball@gmail.com. A claim will be filed with courier and a replacement product will be granted at no charge. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

 

LOST/STOLEN GOODS:

We will not be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed.

Flat Rate Shipping via JRS CARGO:  Estimated delivery 7 days

For Delivery Express (1-3 days):  Delivery fee will be as per courier charge.

 

Via Pick up: available only for areas within Cebu City, Lapu-Lapu City, Davao City, Philippines. Pls. contact or email us.

Return & Exchange Policy

We thank you for choosing Accel Pickleball paddles. We take pride in our products, while we also value our customers. However for some reason you are not satisfied with the products purchased online at accelpickelball.com, you may return items within 7 days of receipt of the item.   For returnable items, please send an email to accelpickleball@gmail.com with your name, order number and reason for return and pictures (if needed) so we can issue RMA prior to shipping it back.

 

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are not refundable. If "Free Shipping" is given on an order, no credit will be given for the free charges.

​

  • Unused items: Unused items can be returned within a 7-day period for a full credit or a full refund. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. All apparel must be in new condition, unworn and unwashed and its original packaging. 

​

  • For Paddles: Must be in their original packaging, new, unmarked, and unused condition to qualify for return. 

​

  •  Wrong Item Shipped: If AccelTec (Accel Pickleball LLC) shipped the wrong item, we will pay for the return shipping charges.

​

  • Used Paddles: These may be returned for up to 7 days for 50% credit  (not a refund), minus shipping charges. Paddles that have scrapes on the edge guard are not eligible for return.

​

  • Defective Paddles/ Warranty:  Send a picture of the manufacturing defect and we will replace and ship the replacement with no cost.

​

Please allow up to 15 days for your return to be inspected and processed, and for your refund to be issued. You may contact us for questions.
